Hello Shatha...
I was going to write you next week when I get home but couldn't wait to thank you and Dakkak! Your service was impeccable. Our Greeter (at the border) was so nice and helpful. Gorge was a real pleasure and drove safely and smoothly in his comfortable van. We had wonderful conversations and he provided us with a nice education about your Country. Mamoun was an incredible Guide and I can't imagine that anyone could be better. My Family's experience with Petra was truly our highlight of our Israel/Jordan trip and we must thank you! We were also very impressed with Jordan and all of the people we met (including my dealings with you).
We will strongly recommend Dakkak and Petra to our many friends who travel to Israel.
By the way, Israel charges approximately $25 per person to cross the border (in case another Client of yours wants to know).
Thank so much!!!

Hello Dakkak Tours,
My husband Mark and I have just returned from a magnificent tour of Jordan facilitated by your company. We had a fantastic driver Hasan and tour guide Lara Altwal. They were wonderful. Right when Hasan picked us up at the airport we felt we were in good hands. His driving was always safe and drove us from place to place very efficiently. He was always on time and his directions clear about meeting times and places which we so much appreciated. We so enjoyed the evening we spent with Hasan at the Kan Zaman Restaurant. It was the perfect way to end the tour.
Our guide Lara was just as amazing. She is well versed in the history of the sites we saw. She hit as we say all the marks in her presentations. She is very flexible and addressed all of our needs. We appreciated her suggestions for extra activities such as the glass bottom boat ride on the Red Sea in Aqaba. Her English is superb and happily discussed many aspects of Jordan.
In conclusion we had a trip of a life time. We always felt welcome and always felt safe. Thank you for providing such a wonderful tour.

The Arab Spring and the economic situation in both the US and Europe are causing big problems in Jordan. With very few natural resources, tourism is their main income. However due to the war at their neighbours, tourists tend to stay away. Dakkak group invited me to enjoy their homecountry and think about what kind of opportunities they might have.
The timing was great. Looking forward to some escape from daily live, a time to think about the future and discover new countries. That is what I want. However, I do want to do it with a few conditions: I would like to feel safe, I would like to have good companionship and I would like to be able to make a difference. The first condition was a bit of a guess when I left, the second was assured by traveling with Julia and the last is, for a big part, up to me.

From April 21st to 26th, we were lucky enough to have Mr. Zaher Kamal and Mr. Wa’il Amera as our driver and guide, respectively. We must congratulate Dakkak on employing such outstanding individuals. Zaher is an expert driver -- one who knows the most scenic routes, is familiar with the various sites, and has a command of English that allowed him to participate in conversations with us. Wa’il is a knowledgeable, capable guide who quickly gained an understanding of our interests and abilities. Both Zaher and Wa’il made themselves available to us not just during the scheduled tours but also in the evenings – in case we needed anything. Our visit to Jordan was unforgettable – due in large part to Wa’il and Zaher. The only problem we had was that we planned too little time in your country!
We will recommend Jordan as a destination and Dakkak as a tour company to all our acquaintances and to our family.
