Q: How can I make a reservation?
A: There are two ways of booking a room:
1. Click on “Book Your Stay” to take you to the Search Engine.
Q: Are your prices per room or per person? In which currency are they priced?
A: All prices in our service are per room, not per person. For example, a price for a single means a room with one person, for a double means a room with 2 persons, etc. All rates are in US Dollars.

Q: What is the difference between a Double and a Twin room?
A: A double room has one double bed. A twin room has two beds.
Q:Do I need a credit card to make a room booking?
A: Yes. We will make a reservation only when you provide valid credit card information.
Q: Which Credit Cards do you accept?
A: American Express / VISA / Master Card
Q: When is my credit card charged?
A: Your credit card will be charged immediately.
Q: Can I book more than one room in the same reservation?
A: Yes, provided by that all arrive and depart on the same dates. You can book up to 5 rooms.
Q: How will I know if the room I selected is available?
A: Only rooms that are available will return in the reservation process. If your selected room is not available, your booking will be on REQUEST and not confirmed.
Q: Will you confirm my reservation by fax or phone?
A: No. We confirm only by email so please make double sure that you have provided us with the correct email address.
Q: When will my booking be confirmed?
A: If your selected room is available, you will get instant confirmation. If your booking is on REQUEST, our Reservations Consultants will contact you within 24 hours to advice you on the booking status and/or giving alternatives.
Q: How can I cancel or amend my booking?

Q: Where can I find descriptions of hotels?
A: After you do your search, or view the list of hotels, click on more information link beside each hotel to view its description. For pictures, you can click on the photo gallery at the bottom of the hotel information page.
Q: If I do have special needs, how can I communicate this?
A: Any additional request can be asked for by contacting our Reservations Consultants. If you have any medical problems or disability which may affect your stay you must advise our Reservation Consultants before booking giving full details where he/she will advice you on your best interests if your selected hotel is unable to properly accommodate your particular needs. Additional requests such as smoking/non-smoking rooms, bed types (double, twin), room view, higher or lower floors should be communicated with our Reservation Consultants before booking.
Also you can fill out in the booking for what requirements you might need. Note that special requirements are NOT included in the room rate.
Q: What happens if there is a problem with the hotel upon arrival?
A: If the hotel fails to honor the booking then please refer to your booking confirmation and contact our Operations number on our 24/7 HOTLINE: +962-6-79 55 22 998 for assistance.
Q: How can I ask for an early Check-in or late Check-out?
A: In the booking form there is the special requirements field which you can fill out. Also you can contact our Reservation Consultants when doing your booking. Kindly note that early check-in , late check-out might cause EXTRA charges as per hotel policy.
Q: Are pets allowed at hotels?
A: No pets are allowed at hotels.
